What happens after I book a reservation with Captured Memories by Photo Booth?
Once you’ve chosen our elegant, fun, and unique service we will call you and discuss your event and specifications.
What happens after the deposit is made?
We will hold it until 14 days prior to your event when the balance is due.
How much space is needed for the photo booth set-up?
The Mirror Me photo booth is 5 feet tall, 3 feet wide, and 2 feet deep. For a full experience and great results we advise to save a 14 ft x 6 ft wide space at the venue with at least 9 ft tall ceilings. We also require a smooth space for more fun.
How much time before an event is needed for Captured Memories by Photo Booth to set up? One hour and thirty minutes will allow us to prepare safely and efficiently.
What happens if the event is running late?
We will make a full effort to work with our clients as long as there are no other scheduled events after your evening.
What is needed for the Mirror Me photo booth to be at its full functional capacity? We need electricity, wifi and an elevator to make it to our allocated destination.
